This ready-made Artitec model reproduces a U.S. Army M88 armored recovery vehicle in a heavily weathered forest green finish. The model carries distinctive “Black Knight 12” markings, tactical identification plates, and carefully applied wear that gives the vehicle a convincing field-service appearance.

The recovery configuration is recreated with an elaborate A-frame lifting boom, cables, chains, towing equipment, side-mounted tools, spare track components, and a large front-mounted recovery spade. The M88 is a fully tracked armored recovery vehicle developed to recover disabled tanks and other heavy combat vehicles under battlefield conditions.
