Return & Refund Policy

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via our Contact Us page. Include photos of the damaged item and the original packaging — we need both to file a carrier claim on your behalf. Once the claim is approved, we will issue you a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Customer-Damaged Items We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been damaged after delivery due to handling, assembly, or use.

Change of Mind Returns If you've changed your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened and in original, undamaged packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our original outbound shipping cost

Please note: Returns that arrive damaged or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your expense.
